• We access your Google Calendar only after obtaining your explicit permission via OAuth
• We read your calendar events to check availability and avoid scheduling conflicts
• We create, update, or delete calendar events on your behalf to reflect bookings made through our platform
• We send reminders and synchronise booking schedules
• You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account settings or revoke access through your Google Account settings

Google Calendar access is optional and requires your consent. Google Calendar data is used exclusively for scheduling purposes and is never shared with third parties.

Xlamatic uses Google Calendar data only to provide user-requested functionality. We adhere to the following commitments:

• We do not sell Google user data
